Instructions

1

Wash blackberries and blend in a food processor or mash with a fork. Mix with 15 g of chia seeds.

2

Mix remaining 15 g of chia seeds with yoghurt. Store blackberry mixture and yoghurt mixture in a fridge.

3

Next, make granola: mix oats with honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, and sunflower seeds. Roast in a pan on medium heat for 2–3 mins until oil melts and the ingredients stick together. Put granola aside and let cool.

4

Take 2 glasses and layer the yoghurt with chia seeds and the blackberry sauce in them. Sprinkle with granola.

TIP
Before adding granola, top each serving with a spoonful of peanut butter.

I just want to point out that the recipe is not complete. There are no blackberries in the ingredients, and the recipe ends with letting the granola cool down. Or do I have two mixtures and should I mix them now? Mixer or just like that? And how does peanut butter fit into the whole thing? 🤔😅

Excellent dessert. I liked it very much and my friend ate it too, and he liked it a lot.
