Heat oven to 180 °C. Take large pot, fill halfway with water, and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, peel and dice potatoes. Add potatoes to boiling water and cook until done (15 mins). Drain potatoes, mash with a fork, and leave to cool.

Place fillet onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Put in oven. Bake for 7 mins at 170–180 °C. Tear baked salmon into bigger pieces with a fork. Put into a large bowl.

Mix with cooled mashed potatoes, egg yolks, mustard, oats, salt, and pepper. Knead mixture with bare hands and form pastries. Place onto sheet. Bake for 20–25 mins at 170–180 °C.

Serve with mixed salad greens, dressed with wholegrain mustard, honey, and lemon juice.
