Peel and pit avocado. Mash with a fork.

Drain tuna and mix with avocado. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Gently stir.

Put spread on two slices of wholemeal bread. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and top with sliced tomatoes.

Cover with remaining slices of bread and grill in a panini press for 3–4 mins.

5

Cut melts in two and serve while hot.

TIP
Spice up the avo-tuna spread with ½ teaspoon of chilli flakes.
