Cut banana in two: mash one half with a fork. Save second half for later.

Mix chia seeds, milk, and mashed banana.

Pour pudding in a serving glass or cup. Store in a fridge overnight.

In the morning, top pudding with walnuts and banana slices.

TIP
Instead of mashing, slice banana and add to pudding before cooling. Inlay a small glass with the slices, pour the chia pudding and store in a fridge overnight. In the morning, top the pudding with walnuts.
