Instructions

Heat oven to 180 °C. Prepare 12 silicone muffin cups.

Place bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Add eggs, milk, honey, and coconut oil.

Grab another bowl and mix spelt flour, cinnamon, oats, ground walnuts, and baking powder.

4

Mix wet and dry ingredients and stir well.

5

Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Bake for 25 mins at 170–180 °C.
