Heat oven to 180 °C.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 1 min. Then, cool it down under cold running water.
Put the broccoli, egg, onion, and mozzarella into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add maize flour and mix. Form little tots and place them onto a pan covered with baking paper. There should be enough batter to make 45–50 tots.
Bake the tots for 12 mins, then turn around and bake for another 12–15 mins. Cut one tot to check if it’s baked inside. If it’s still raw, bake for another few mins.
While the tots are baking, prepare the dip: mix Greek yoghurt, dried garlic, salt, and pepper.
Serve with the dip.
