Mix 2 tablespoons of cacao powder, shredded coconut, flour, eggs, egg white, and milk in a large bowl. Whip.

Heat a nonstick frying pan and melt 10 g of coconut oil.

Pour the batter onto a hot skillet and fry the pancakes for 2–3 mins each side. Turn around when small air bubbles emerge on the surface.

Now, make the icing. Melt 30 g of coconut oil in a microwave and blend with 1 teaspoon of cacao powder and 1 teaspoon of honey.

Serve while hot, topped with the icing.
