Grab a screw-top jar. Place banana in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add milk, oats, yoghurt, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Stir well. Now, add raspberries. Mix carefully and put the mixture into the jar.

Screw the jar and place it in the fridge overnight.
