Heat the panini press.

Dice mozzarella. Finely chop tomatoes. Drain tuna.

Grab 2 slices of bread and spread pieces of tuna, mozzarella, and chopped tomatoes onto them.

Sprinkle with basil. Cover with 2 remaining slices of bread.

Put the sandwiches into the panini press and toast. If you don’t have a panini press, toast the bread in a nonstick pan over medium heat until the mozzarella melts.
TIP
Put a teaspoon of basil pesto inside the sandwiches before toasting.
