Heat oven to 180 °C.

Roughly chop ham and spinach leaves. Put in a bowl. Add whipped eggs, cottage cheese, oats, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

Pour mixture into non-stick or silicon muffin pans or paper cups and bake for 25–30 mins. at 170–180 °C.
