Grab a bowl and mix cream cheese, coconut, ground almonds, and honey. Place in a fridge for at least 30 mins.

With your bare hands, roll the mixture into little balls. Push one whole almond into the ball and cover it in shredded coconut.

Leave in a fridge for at least 5 mins to cool down.

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
