A perfect breakfast recipe: homemade apple bread. So good! No leftovers guaranteed! Easy to bake (no yeast needed) and versatile. Not a fan of cranberries? Use raisins, dates, or nuts instead.

Preheat oven to 190 °C.

Grate apples and place them in a bowl. Finely chop dates and add them to apples.

Add cranberries, honey, eggs, and coconut oil.

Grab another bowl and mix dry ingredients: spelt flour, baking powder and gingerbread spice mix.

Mix wet and dry ingredients together, add yoghurt, and stir well.

Pour the batter into a bread pan covered with baking paper. Bake for 40–50 mins at 180–190 °C.

Leave to cool down and slice.
