Preheat oven to 180 °C.

Finely grate apples and mix them with protein powder (or stevia), Greek yoghurt, eggs, and cinnamon.

Cover a baking sheet (20 × 20 cm) with baking paper. Spread the mash onto the paper.

Place the sheet in the oven and bake for 35–40 mins.

When done, cut it into 10 bars. Cool down in a fridge for 3 hours.
