Heat oven to 170 °C.

Mix grated carrot with oats, sunflower seeds, baking soda, and cinnamon.

Whip eggs, vanilla extract, and honey.

Mix wet and dry ingredients and stir.

Smear the mixture onto a small baking pan (8×8) with a wooden spoon.

Bake for 12–15 mins at 170–180 °C.
