Preheat oven to 175 °C. Prepare 12 silicone muffin cups and cover them with paper holders.

Whip eggs, cream cheese, and honey in a large bowl. Add coconut oil and milk. Stir well.

Pour spelt flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir and pour the batter into the muffin cups.

Bake for 25–30 mins at 165–175 °C.

Dust with icing sugar.
