Mix all ingredients (apart from raspberries) and stir well, so that chia seeds are thoroughly covered with milk. Put in fridge for 5 mins.

Now, remove pudding from fridge and stir again. Put back in fridge for at least 2 hours or, preferably, overnight.

Serve topped with fresh fruit (raspberries or strawberries) or nuts of your choice.
