Preheat oven to 190 °C. Cover the baking sheet (20 × 30 cm) with baking paper.
Grab a bowl and mix oats, eggs, protein powder, cinnamon, and milk.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler.*
Pour half of the melted chocolate into a bowl with dry ingredients. Add grated apples and baking powder. Put the other half of the chocolate aside.
Stir well, pour onto a baking sheet, and bake at 180–190 °C for 25–30 mins.
In the meantime, make the topping. Mix the remaining chocolate with cream cheese.
Cool the cake down after baking. Top it with chocolate cream.
* For a double boiler you’ll need two dishes: a stainless steel or glass bowl and a pot. Take a pot and a glass or stainless-steel bowl. The bottom of the bowl must not touch the bottom of the pot. Pour a few inches of water into the pot and heat it. Crush the chocolate into the bowl. Add the coconut oil. Once the water is boiling, turn the heating down to medium and put the bowl with the chocolate over the pot. Constantly stirring, melt the chocolate and coconut oil.
