Grind pecans in a food processor. Add chopped dates, salt, vanilla extract, egg, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

Break the chocolate into pieces and add it to the dough. Pour baking soda and stir.

Form little cookies and place them onto the baking sheet.

Put in the oven and bake for 15–20 mins at 175 °C.

Leave the cookies to cool down and serve.
