Craving a brownie, but a healthy one? Try these flourless red bean brownies. Not a fan of beans? Fear not, you won’t taste or smell them! Top with fresh raspberries, strawberries, or sliced bananas.

Preheat oven to 180 °C.

Drain the beans, wash them in fresh cold water, and place them in a food processor.

Add cocoa powder, oats, salt, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, and milk. Put the food processor in medium gear and blend the ingredients for 1–2 mins until smooth.

Add chopped dark chocolate. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet (20 × 20 cm) covered with baking paper, sprinkle with raspberries, and place in preheated oven.

Bake for 25–30 mins at 170–180 °C.
