Preheat the oven to 170 °C.

Dice the strawberries and rhubarb finely. Place them into a bowl and mix with 4 tablespoons of honey.

Pour the fruit into a baking dish (⌀ 20 cm), place in a preheated oven, and bake for 15 mins.

In the meantime, make the crumble. Mix ground walnuts, oats, butter, and 2 tablespoons of honey.

Pour the crumble onto the baked fruit and place the dish back in the oven.

Bake for another 12–15 mins. Serve with Greek yoghurt or sour cream.
