Heat oven to 180 °C. Fill large pot halfway with water. Peel and cut potatoes into 0.5-cm-thick slices. Wash and floret broccoli. Boil potatoes and broccoli for 2 mins on medium heat. Then, place in a small baking dish (20 × 30 cm).

Whip eggs with cream and pressed garlic. Pour mixture onto veggies.

Season with salt and pepper. Place dish in preheated oven and bake for 15–20 mins at 170–180 °C.
