Bring salted water to boil. Roughly chop cauliflower and cook it for 20–25 mins over medium heat, until done.

Drain and leave to cool down.

Preheat oven to 190 °C. Grab a baking sheet and cover it with baking paper.

Place all ingredients (cauliflower included) in a food processor and blend. Form small patties from the mixture and place them onto the sheet.

Bake for 20 mins at 190 °C.
