Heat oven to 190 °C.
Meanwhile, clean chicken breasts and cut into thin strips.
Grab two bowls. Mix yoghurt, turmeric, and a pinch of salt in the first one. Crush cornflakes into the second.
Dip meat strips in yoghurt and stir until evenly covered.
Now, coat each strip in crushed corn flakes.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and place coated chicken strips onto it.
Put sheet in preheated oven and bake for 20 mins at 180–190 °C, until golden and crispy. Check meat is done before serving.
Place onto 3 plates and serve.
