Let drain for 10–15 mins. Wring out, if necessary.

Mix with oats and eggs. Add pressed garlic. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, and nutmeg.

Heat ghee in a frying pan.

Pour small portions of batter into the pan and fry pancakes for 3 mins each side
