Grate courgette, sprinkle with salt, and put into a colander with a bowl underneath.

Let drain for 10–15 mins. Wring out, if necessary.

Mix with oats and eggs. Add pressed garlic. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, and nutmeg.

Pour small portions of batter into the pan and fry pancakes for 3 mins each side
