Cook couscous (follow the package instructions).
Rinse broccoli florets. Cook them in salted water for 5 mins over medium heat. Drain and put aside.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the turkey breast into strips.
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet. Add chopped onion and stir-fry it for 2 mins over medium heat.
Add the turkey, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Fry for 7 more mins. One min before the meat is done add pressed garlic cloves to add extra flavour and smell.
Pour the soya cream. Add blanched broccoli and stew for 3 more mins.
Season with salt and pepper.
