Instructions

Preheat oven to 200 °C. Grab a baking sheet and cover it with baking paper.

Blend oats in a food processor. Mix with egg whites, 2 tablespoons of water, salt, and thyme.

Form the mini pizzas and place them onto the sheet.

Bake for 5 mins at 180–200 °C.

Take the pizzas out of the oven, smear them with ketchup, and spread bits of ham and mozzarella onto them.

Put back in the oven and bake for 10–15 more mins.

TIP
Top with fresh basil.
