Grab a large bowl. Finely grate tofu and carrots.

Add eggs, oats, salt, and pepper. Stir well. If the mixture doesn’t stick together, add more eggs.

Leave aside for 10 mins. Then, form little balls (4 cm in diameter).

Grab a skillet. Heat olive oil. Fry the balls over medium heat, 2 mins from each side.

Add tomato puree and canned tomatoes. Stew for approximately 5–10 mins over medium heat.

Season with salt, pepper, and chilli powder.

Top with chopped leek and serve.
