Instructions
Heat oven to 185 °C. Peel and finely slice potatoes. Peel onion and garlic. Chop onion. Grate or press garlic.
Mix cottage cheese, egg, a teaspoon of oregano, salt, and pepper. Put aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet pan. Place onion wedges into the pan and fry them for 2–3 mins on medium heat. Add garlic and fry for another min. Place minced meat on the pan and fry for 10 mins. Now, add thyme, rosemary, and canned tomatoes. Stir and put aside.
Grab a lasagna pan (8×16). On the bottom, layer half of the potatoes. Pour and thoroughly spread half of the sauce onto the potatoes. Then, spread half of the cottage cheese. Repeat these steps. As a top layer, sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Place the dish in preheated oven and bake for 35–40 mins at 175–185 °C.
Place onto 6 plates and serve.

Like a TOP! I followed the recipe, no changes. Tasty, nice looking and relatively simple food. In addition, healthy and imaginative. The partner did not spare his praise even the next day. The daughter did not share the enthusiasm, she prefers when the ingredients are not connected in one. But the rest of us remember with love. ;)
