Preheat oven to 180 °C (350°F).

Whip eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and curry powder.

Finely chop onion. Drain tuna. Add onion, tuna, flour, and oats to the wet ingredients.

Roughly chop the basil, add to the remaining ingredients, and stir well.

Grab silicone muffin cups or a muffin pan and fill them with the batter up to the brim.

Place in a preheated oven and bake for 25–30 mins at 180 °C. Check with a skewer if well baked before removing it from the oven.
