Grab a bowl and mix rye flour, olive oil, instant yeast, lukewarm milk, salt, and sugar. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and leave for at least 1 hour to rise.

Now, make a sauce: mix canned tomatoes, pressed garlic, thyme, oregano, and a pinch of salt.

When the dough has risen enough, place it onto a working space and roll a round-shaped pizza.

Spread the tomato sauce over the dough.

Top with sliced fresh tomatoes and mozzarella.

Bake at 190 °C for approximately 25 mins.

TIP
Fine-tune your pizza with your favourite ingredients, such as spinach, ham, chicken, etc.
