Pour water into a pot, add some salt, and bring it to a simmer.

Cook pasta for 15 mins over medium heat until al dente. Drain and rinse them with cold water. Let it drain again on a strainer.

Rinse and dice chicken.

Heat oil on a frying pan and stir-fry the meat over medium heat until golden. Season with salt.

Mix yoghurt, mayonnaise, apple vinegar, dried basil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Dice bell pepper. Halve tomatoes. Mix the veggies with the pasta, spinach leaves, chicken, and the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.

TIP
The salad tastes best when chilled.
