Preheat oven to 200 °C.

Peel and wash sweet potatoes. Cut them into wedges with a sharp knife.

Grab a large bowl and cover the potatoes thoroughly with olive oil, salt, and smoked paprika.

Roast for 10 mins. Then, take them out from the oven, turn each piece around, and put the sheet back in the oven.

Roast for another 10 mins. Serve while hot.
